To maximize your chances of getting 100% cash back on one of your purchases, use your ING debit card on Black Friday November 26.
For each hour in which you make a purchase with the Electric Orange Debit Card, you will be entered into an hourly drawing. If you win, the amount of your purchase will be deposited as cash into your Electric Orange account.
If your purchase is under $100, you still will win $100. The max cash back amount is $5,000.

ING is also going to do a rather weak promotion of their trading service ShareBuilder – 25% off real-time trade commissions on trades during Friday, November 26 and Monday, November 29.
You can find more about this deal here:

The promotion is weak because most people will not be making a lot of real time trades on Friday and Monday, they will be enjoying the holidays. Also, as far as brokers go, ShareBuilder is quite expensive compared to Interactive Brokers. ShareBuilder charges a $4 commission for buying a stock (on Tuesdays not real-time) while IB only charges $1 for buying a 100 shares real-time.
