To open an FNBO billpay account, just visit First National Bank of Omaha. You can open the account online in 5 easy steps. You will need to provide your name, address and telephone number, Social Security Number, Driver’s License number and employment details. Once you provide the details, FNBO carries out an online verification. If approved, you will be provided with your account details. To receive the $25 bonus, the account must remain open for 90 days and you must use the check card at least six times before June 30, 2010. If you fulfill these conditions, the bonus will be credited to your account by July 15, 2010.
When you open an FNBO billpay account, you will receive a visa debit card which doubles as your ATM card. You can use this card to make purchases online and from shops and merchant establishments that display the visa logo. You can fund your billpay account from your FNBO saving account or any of your linked accounts at other banks. You can use the account to pay bills without dealing with paper checks. There are no paper checks in this account. It lets you tack your payments and set up recurring payments. By setting up recurring payments, late payments will become history. You can schedule when each bill is paid during the month and when the transfer from the savings account to the billpay account will take place. When you log in your billpay account, your account homepage will list all your payees on one page and give the last date on which a particular bill was paid. It is a straightforward way to make sure that all of your bills have been paid for the month.
